Sunday Reset – Yoga, Meditation & Sound Healing A nurturing and deeply restorative practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and return to the present moment. Each session is a unique blend of gentle somatic practices that support balance and harmony within the body, mind, and soul. Depending on the focus of the week, the practice may include breathwork, tapping, mindful movement, gentle yoga flow, restorative yin yoga, meditation, affirmations, yoga nidra, sound healing, and occasionally Reiki and essential oils. During the session, you may experience: * A calmer and more regulated nervous system * Reduced stress and tension * Deep physical and mental relaxation * Greater presence and inner awareness * A release of stagnant energy held within the body * Increased connection to your intuition and inner wisdom * A shift in limiting thought patterns through mindful observation and affirmations * A renewed sense of clarity, purpose, and inspiration * More balance, grounding, and emotional resilience * A gentle unwinding of stored stress and tension held within muscles and fascia This practice offers a space to pause, breathe, and simply be. My intention is that each session feels like a complete reset—a chance to refill your cup, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate gratitude for your life, your body, and the beautiful world around you. Suitable for Everyone Whether you have never stepped onto a yoga mat before or have years of experience, this practice is designed to meet you exactly where you are. The movements are slow, gentle, and accessible, making them ideal for beginners, while the depth of stillness and inner work also appeals to experienced practitioners seeking rest, reflection, and restoration.
