what to expect

Feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or caught in a cycle of overthinking? Struggling to meditate or find clarity? If this sounds familiar, I invite you to a guided mindful meditation designed to restore balance and inner calm. Together, we will explore four essential phases of mindfulness, guiding you through a deeper connection to your body, breath, mind, and heart. What is mindfulness? Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present in the moment, gently observing our thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgment. It invites us to let go of the past and future, anchoring ourselves in the present, where true peace and clarity reside. Somatic Body Awareness We begin by tuning into our physical body, bringing attention to sensations and areas of tension or ease. This somatic awareness allows us to reconnect with our body’s wisdom, gently releasing stored stress and inviting a sense of groundedness. Awareness of Breath Next, we focus on our breath, the gateway to the present moment. By observing each inhale and exhale, we can calm our nervous system, creating space for relaxation and ease. Breath awareness helps us soften the mind and anchor ourselves in a peaceful state of being. Awareness of Thoughts In the third phase, we turn our attention to the mind. Rather than fighting or suppressing thoughts, we become observers, watching them come and go like clouds in the sky. This practice cultivates mental clarity, helping us detach from overthinking and overwhelming mental chatter. Heart Coherence Finally, we connect with the heart. Through heart coherence techniques, we align our breath and mind with the rhythm of our heart, fostering feelings of gratitude, compassion, and love. This heart-centered awareness promotes emotional balance and a deep sense of inner peace. Thursday Mornings | 8:00 - 9:00 AM Start your Thursday with mindful intention and calm. Much love, Abi
