what to expect
Creating daily rituals, breaking old habits and kicking off a mindful perspective of positive thinking can be truly life changing. If you are feeling frustrated that you can't seem to break out of the old habits that are holding you back; or perhaps demotivated from too much negative thinking, living in the worry of the past and the stress of the future but unable to change your mindset... or maybe you have a dream of starting a new career or business but fear is holding you back... I am here to help. Sometimes we just need someone to hold space for us while we are in a phase of change. I've learned that it can sometimes be a big help to receive a small amount of support and guidance when we are feeling 'stuck' on how to find our way back to the present. I can assist you in building up a 'life hacks' toolkit that can help identify triggers and negative patterns which are holding you back from living the life you want. Through daily practices, mindfulness techniques, and finding ways to set boundaries, we can work together to change the way you think and perceive the world. This is the simplest way to kickstart a new you. Holding a masters degree in business and having had a successful career in training and development, marketing and communications, I have assisted many new startups and mentored many students, and am happy to offer advise and input whether it be for brainstorming, creative input, marketing, strategy or simply to provide motivation to take the next step. Please note that while I have completed a life coaching course, I am not a licenced psychologist and recommend that anyone with depression or mental disorders see someone specialised in this area.
