Return Policy

We offer a return policy for all items purchased at Flow-Altdorf.ch.

We want all of our customers to fall in love with the items they choose. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible and return the item within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be unused and in original condition with tags or tags attached. For returns to be accepted, yoga mats, props and all equipment must be in the original cellophane and/or branded packaging.

Kindly note that if products have been removed from packaging, we cannot accept returns as we cannot sell this product to other customers.

Shipping to Switzerland

Shipping is free for all orders over CHF 100.

Orders placed after 11am will be shipped the next day.

PostPac Economy: Delivery in 2 - 4 working days, from Monday to Friday. Costs: CHF 8.50 (up to 2kg) and CHF 11.50 (2 to 10kg).

PostPac Priority: Parcels are delivered in 1 - 2 working days, from Monday to Friday, delivery is also possible on Saturdays. Costs: CHF 10.50 (up to 2kg) and CHF 13.50 (2 to 10kg).
