Hatha Yoga – Balance, Presence & Inner Harmony A nurturing and deeply relaxing one-hour session designed to bring you into the present moment and cultivate balance and harmony within your body, mind, and soul. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and meditation, this class invites you to slow down, reconnect within, and simply be. Each session blends classical Hatha yoga with slow-flowing movement and longer, yin-style holds to gently open the body and release tension. You’ll experience a balanced combination of gentle flow and stillness — awakening strength, flexibility, and inner awareness. We begin with grounding breathwork and a heart-centered meditation, move through a slow Hatha flow infused with somatic awareness, and end with an extended Yoga Nidra-style Shavasana for complete relaxation and integration. During the session, you will: Calm and reset your central nervous system Release physical and emotional tension Increase flexibility and body awareness Balance your inner energy and emotions Practice slowing down and being fully present Cultivate mindfulness and self-compassion Reconnect with your heart and inner guidance Recharge your energy and restore clarity My intention is that each session becomes a full body, mind, and soul reset — leaving you centered, grounded, and filled with gratitude for yourself and life itself. All equipment is provided — simply bring yourself and a water bottle (yoga mats are provided but feel free to bring your own if you'd prefer). Classes are max 8 people to ensure personal attention and a peaceful atmosphere. This class is perfect for beginners as well as experienced yogis seeking a slower, more meditative practice that nurtures both body and spirit. Through this practice, we fill our own cup.
